Maritime transport policy

We use FEDEX, a trusted carrier, to ensure that your order can be delivered reliably and efficiently.
The day after the order is issued, we will send you the logistics order number. After you receive it, you can track the information and easily monitor the order status.
Orders will be processed as soon as possible.
The standard transportation time is about 7-10 days, but please note that international transportation may experience additional delay due to customs reasons.
If delivered to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes or fees may be charged.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities, not to the seller. Customers are advised to contact relevant departments for detailed information before placing an order.
If you choose not to track and track transportation, and your package is lost, your order will not be refunded!
All packages include the cost of home delivery, so the delivery staff has the obligation to help you deliver them home. Please contact us in case of special circumstances.
